Community Partnerships
VIVA has always been proud of our families and of our community. VIVA has gladly given back to its
community for more than 15 years by providing assistance to local non‐profit, cultural and religious
organizations such as El Paso Symphony, Senecu Fine Arts Society, El Paso Zoological Society, Texas
Wildlife Association, KCOS TV, American Heart Association, American Lung Association, Susan G. Komen
for the Cure, Human Society, El Paso Community Foundation, West Texas Food Bank, St. Stephen
Catholic Church, San Antonio Church, Sacred Heart Church, Our Lady of Refuge Church, Our Lady of Mt.
Carmel, Therapet Eldercare, Better Business Bureau, DEA Survivor’s Benefit, Keep El Paso Beautiful,
Chihuahua Wild Life Rescue Center, and Gabriel S. Gaytan Art Exhibition.
VIVA also supports educational organizations. Education is the base for success and growth everywhere.
That is the reason why VIVA finds satisfaction on supporting educational organizations in the community
of El Paso. Some of these educational organizations include the El Paso Youth Symphony, Ysleta
Education Foundation, El Paso Community College (EPCC), Bel Air High School, New World Montessori
School, Cathedral High School, Coronado High School, Father Yermo School, Eastwood High School, and
Eastwood High School’s Varsity Honor Guitar Guild.
VIVA believes that sports play an important role for today’s youth and community. By encouraging
sports, the health and motivation of our community improves. VIVA takes pleasure to sponsor local
boxers and other sporting entities such as EPCC’s Cross Country, Eastwood Cross Country, Montwood
Cross Country, Bel Air Cross Country, Americas Cross Country, Del Valle Cross Country, Cathedral Cross
Country, El Paso Diablos, The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) Football, and UTEP Basketball.
In addition, VIVA finds joy on compensating its employees with get‐togethers at its facility and at
amusements parks, cultural entertainment events invitations, and dinners at respected restaurant
places. VIVA has gladly provided them and their families with employee appreciation events to thank its
employees’ thoroughness and dedication. Next are a few examples of VIVA’s appreciation to its
community and employees:
VIVA has sponsored The Trans Mountain Challenge organized by Race Adventures. Before competition,
VIVA’s traffic control crews do a rigorous analysis and preparation to prevent any injuries or accidents in
the event. During competition, VIVA has managed traffic flawlessly which has running competitors
satisfy in the traffic control safety aspect. |
